Gentry is an awesome teacher that goes above and beyond for her students each and every day. Tutoring after school, making sure her students have a good classroom library, and up to date teaching techniques. She makes sure her students get plenty to drink through out the day by providing and cleaning water bottles for each student. She is always quick to volunteer and happy to help everyone. Her students love and respect her. And they know they can come to her with any problems. She always jumps in with any and all supplies her students need to make a special project for their parents or just to have what they need to learn every day. I know this award will be put to very good use with any of our fantastic teachers but Gentry is truly special and Oklahoma is so lucky to have her. This is her first year in Oklahoma and she has already made a huge Impression! And she drives a Chevrolet every day.
